Almond and Raspberry Breakfast Oats


Oats are amazing.  Not only are they super nutritious, they can be used in so many different ways and they taste good too! That’s a win in my books.  These overnight oats are deliciously sweet and creamy, perfect for a summer breakfast.  Just remember to prepare them the night before!

Serves 1
Ingredients
½ Cup Frozen Raspberries
½ cup Almond Milk
½ Cup Natural Yoghurt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
¼ Cup Rolled oats
1 Small Handful Raw Almonds (to garnish)

Method
Place the raspberries, almond milk, yoghurt and vanilla essence in a blender and blend until just combined.  Add the rolled oats and blend very quickly until combined (literally 5 seconds is all that is needed here.  Pour into a bowl and leave to set over night.  In the morning, garnish with a small handful of raw almonds.
