Sunrise Smoothie


I Absolutely love a good fruit, protein smoothie!  This one is great if you feel like an extra special smoothie, or simply can’t decide what flavour you feel like!  The added protein is definitely optional it still tastes amazing without though Promise! Xox

Serves 1
Ingredients
¼ Cup Frozen Raspberries (Extra for topping)
¼ Cup Frozen Mango
1 Cup Coconut Water
4 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)

Method
Place the mango, half of the coconut water, half of the vanilla essence and half of the protein powder (optional) into a blender and blend until smooth..  Pour into glass.  Next, place the raspberries and remaining coconut water, vanilla essence and protein powder (optional) into the blender and blend until smooth.  Pour on top of the mango mixture in the glass and top with a small handful of frozen raspberries.
