Brekky Fruit Trifle


Sometimes I find breakfast can become quite boring and simply ‘same old!”  Perfect for summer and even better if you’re on holidays.  Prepare this the night before and wake up to a deliciously nutritious, treat of a brekky!

Serves 2
Ingredients
3 Weet-Bix Biscuits split in half both length ways and width
Natural Yoghurt
1 Fresh Mango cut into thin slices
½ Punnet Fresh Strawberries cut into thin slices
Honey to taste

Method
Source two glasses to serve and start the layering process with a dollop of yoghurt at the bottom of each glass.  Next layer mango, then Weet-Bix, and then strawberries and some honey.  Continue this layering process until your glass in filled or you run out of ingredients.  Make sure the top layer contains extra fruit and then finish by drizzling a little extra honey over the top.  ENJOY!
