Blueberry Blast Smoothie


I Absolutely love a good fruit, protein smoothie!  This one however is one of my favourites, there is something about the warm weather that makes me crave the sweet, cold and thick but smooth taste and texture of this amazing smoothie.  The added protein is definitely optional it still tastes amazing without though Promise! Xox

Serves 1
Ingredients
½ Cup Frozen Blueberries (Extra for topping)
1 Cup Coconut Water
3 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)
1 Small Handful Raw Almonds

Method
Place the blueberries, coconut water, vanilla essence and protein powder (optional) into a blender and blend until smooth.  Pour into glass and garnish with frozen blueberries and the raw almonds.
