Who doesn’t love a good muffin?! Blueberry muffins have always been my
weakness, so I came up with my own healthy version so I never have to miss out!

Cups Whole meal Self raising Flour
¼
Cup Natvia 100% Natural Sweetener
¼
Cup Brown Sugar
1
½ Cups Skim Milk
2
Tablespoons Olive Oil
1
½ Cups Frozen Blueberries
¾
Cup Good Quality Dark Chocolate Chips
Method
In
a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar and sweetener. Make a well in the center and add the olive oil and
milk. Mix until combined. Next, mix through the blueberries and dark
chocolate chips. Spoon into muffin
pans and then bake for 20-30 minutes at 180°C until gold and crispy on top.
